Google revealed on Wednesday that its two new generative AI models, Veo and Imagen 3, are now available to companies through Vertex AI, the company’s cloud platform that offers a range of AI tools for business applications.

Veo is an image-to-video model created by Google DeepMind that can produce high-quality, HD videos with realistic-looking people and animals. On Veo, users can either use a text prompt alone or upload an image along with a text prompt to create films. Vertex AI will offer a private peek of it.

Warren Barkley, senior director of product management at Google Cloud, claims that “generative AI is driving real business transformation and growth.” Eighty-six percent of commercial businesses who use Gen AI report higher revenue, with an anticipated 6% gain. With new models like Veo, our most sophisticated video creation model, and Imagen 3, our highest quality image generation model, Google is investing in its AI technologies for this reason.

Google’s most recent image-generation model, Imagen 3, can produce realistic, high-quality images in response to straightforward text cues. Beginning next week, Imagen 3 will also be accessible to all Vertex AI clients.

In a similar vein, Google’s most recent image-generation model, Imagen 3, is hailed as the best quality AI model for creating photos, with the resultant images seeming “photorealistic and lifelike.” Additionally, Imagen 3 has the ability to alter images, adding, removing, and extending them. Companies like Cadbury, Oreo, and Milka are already using these strategies.

Additionally, Google has stated that both models will include built-in protections against abuse and the creation of damaging content. Additionally, the business has said that no consumer data is used in the training of Imagen 3 or Veo.
